The artwork is in generally good condition. There is 1 pin hole on the point of the upper flap. The upper flap has a fragile piece from a tear on the right edge, The back side has multiple traces and residue of tape. A tear on the bottom flap on its right (backside) has been repaired with masking tape.

There are spots of what could be foxing or mold on the general area of the back side. There are a few visible spots of black mold on the bottom flap near the blue paint and signature on the backside of the work. There are 3 prominent pieces of tape on the backside, 1 on the middle and 2 on the bottom flap.
