Condition Summary
The artwork is in fair condition. There is mold growth on top of the general area of the work, as well as on the matte board underneath. Some of the paper pieces of the collage have discoloration. The envelope has warped on the areas where it is glued onto the matte board. The top point of the upper flap has a pin hole.
